maxRTE was established in 1997 to offer innovative self-pay and early-out payment conversion services. We didn't start as a software company—we started as problem solvers addressing Medicaid applications for hospitals and clinics.

Over the last two decades, we have evolved alongside the industry. From launching our first Real-Time Eligibility software in 2010 to introducing Insurance Discovery in 2016, every innovation has been driven by client needs.

Today, with formal partnerships with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Athena Health, and our new Prior Authorization solution launched in 2024, we remain committed to one goal: empowering healthcare organizations to improve their revenue cycle management through innovation.
